Pleasant experience

The atmosphere, location, pool, and beach

No TV channel signal at rooms in all over the hotel. The limited food ingredients with no quality. Lack of food equipments such as forks, plates, and spoons which made clients struggle to found a fork or a spoon or even a plate. Food equipments were taken and being washed while clients waiting to be returned back. Bar used cups were not cleaned properly. Some front desk bad manner.

An okay hotel.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Some of the rooms don’t have working aircon etc but the staff are more than happy to move you to a suitable room of your choice.

The food was not good. Didn’t cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Was very repetitive. The communal toilets were either out of order or dirty.

Our stay was perfect on a couple minor details in our room. But it was amazing!

We liked the design and the lay out of the property. Also the staff of the property of Thalassa was great. We received kind service. They were amazing.

The property lacked perfection on little details in our room. Overall the property in total and the staff was absolutely amazing!

The Pools are very good taken care of.

The Pools are very good taken care of. Location on the beach nice as well. The staff, are very friendly if you treat them with respect.

Avoid this hotel if you want a good all inclusive, this hotel only wants your money!! We found out that this hotel has been rented to a person who is only in it to make money. You can feel it on everything, and we talked to many employee. It’s a all inclusive, plenty of choice for food but very poor food( not warm) and the drinks suppose to be cold but we’re not. Poor options on the bar near the pool. Locals can enter the resort as well, so especially in summer time stuffed with locals. Terrible loud sound system near the pool. Resort packed with Russians and arabe people, rarely you find French, Dutch or Germans! Rooms poor quality, sizes are good of the room. Airco is working, at least in our room, but we had many ants in our room. We stayed here for few days, which was ok! But if you plan two weeks all inclusive avoid this hotel

The swimming pool and aqua park is very good. The around area is clean and organized The guards around swimming pool are very kind and careful

The food is very bad quality comparing with price, but the quantity is ok. There's no room's cleaning everyday, even when we notified the reception about that, and when they cleaned they didn't give us soap or shampoo until I insisted on them to give us, and the other bad thing when the worker said we just give soap and shampoo one time when you arrive (STRANGE). Some of staff are very aggressive especially in the restaurant. Activities is not good same as last year.

No Managment, no decent food, staff always angry because they have no manager to secure the order, no AC, understaffed, no one come to clean the room, windows are always open we noticed some kids coming to use our bathroom and room while we weren’t in the room, excessive selling of water park tickets more than the park capacity in some areas it was extremely dangerous for the kids to be watched by parents or lifeguards. Even with the booking of restaurant we were no able to stay and eat because the mis management of the restaurant capacity, reception never replied on the phone. Very bad experience.

chaos chaos, long queues, bad service, dirty locations, but relatively OK aqua park

Aqua park was good but too too crowded, long long queues everywhere

A little dirty, very crowded, chaos everywhere, angry servers, errors in reservations etc etc. There was even a big fight with an Algerian group whom blocked the lunch saloon, and we had lunch in a small location which was again huge chaos and new fights. I gave 3 points for this hotel in African standards, otherwise it doesn't deserve even 1 star in international standards

They have minimal staff number to run the service which is really poor Apart from aqua park which is also open for public not only for hotel guests there is nothing deserves to stay in this hotel So anyone can stay wherever in Sousse and have a day there for the crowded aqua park Very crowded main restaurant while they have only 2-3 waiters to serve for more than 100 guests at least I believe this hotel should not be on booking as a hotel There was no phone in my room and they couldn’t manage to provide one all through my stay as well
